Kerala Sambar

Malabar Sambar Powder is a key ingredient used in preparing Sambar, a popular South Indian lentil-based stew that is commonly served with rice, dosa, idli, or vada. It is known for its rich and aromatic flavor profile, which comes from a blend of roasted spices.
